Hi Ruslan,

The point you’re bringing up is interesting and correct. You’re talking about defining a solution for a customer before the customer buys the product, so what you’re doing is extremely appropriate.

Customer service for a well-defined product or service, especially post sale, is a different animal entirely from your world. That’s what I was trying to address in my article.
